Black Aluminum Hex Connecting Tube, 1/2-20 Thread

These pre-cut and pre-threaded tubes are ideal for fabricating lightweight linkages and heavy-duty support struts. Use them for shift linkages, sway bar end links, tie rods, and much more. Black powder-coated 6061-T6 aluminum is light weight and looks great.

Each tube has right-hand (conventional) 1/2-20 UNF threads at one end and left-hand (reversed) 1/2-20 UNF threads on the other for quick length adjustments. Add 1/2-20 male threaded rod ends and jam nuts (each sold separately) to make a complete strut or link assembly. The 3/4" hex profile matches the hex size on AN316-8 Jam Nuts for ease of use. The end of the tube with left-hand threads has a groove for quick identification. Sold individually.
