For moderate fuel requirements of carbureted engines up to about 200 horsepower, a single Posi-Flo fuel pump is usually sufficient. Facet fuel pumps have low power requirements (about 1.5 amp at 12 volts) and operate without troublesome seals or diaphragms. The Posi-Flo pumps feature a black composite chassis for quieter operation. Built-in pressure relief means no flooding after shutting down a hot engine. Facet pumps are compatible with gasoline, alcohol blends (up to and including E85), diesel, biodiesel, and fuel additives.

Maximum fuel delivery 34 gallons per hour. Maximum pressure 7 to 10 psi. Typical applications might see a flow rate of 20 gallons per hour at 3 psi. 1/8 NPT female ports.

This pump features a one-way check valve to prevent fuel from draining back into the tank.* It does not have an anti-siphon valve, so fuel can still be pulled through the pump when it is turned off. Dry lift rating 24". Positive wire is unterminated; negative wire has a ring terminal installed. This pump can be used to replace the noisier Cube-style Facet model 40107.
