Facet Electric Fuel Pumps WITH One-Way Check Valves
Fuel will NOT flow backwards through these pumps when they are turned off
All of the Facet fuel pumps listed here are equipped with a built-in one-way check valve. This valve ensures that fuel will flow only in one direction, even when the pump is off.
If your fuel hose makes a long uphill or vertical run from the tank to the engine, a one-way valve will help to minimize fuel draining back to the tank.
If you run two pumps in parallel, a one-way valve will help to prevent fuel from looping backwards if one pump shuts off.
Note that ALL Facet Dura-Lift series pumps are equipped with a one-way check valve.
