Maximum fuel delivery 25 gallons per hour at free-flow. Maximum pressure 9 to 11.5 psi. Typical flow 10 gph at 5 psi. 1/8 NPT female ports. Ground wire allows easy installation in positive-ground applications (most Facet pumps ground through the pump body). This pump has an internal anti-siphon valve (fuel will not flow through the pump when turned off) and an internal one-way check valve (fuel will not flow backwards through the pump). The huge 84 inch dry lift capability is greater than any other cube-style pump Facet offers. This pump can also replace Facet pump number 40231 (exactly the same specifications, except this pump does not have a Packard connector on the positive wire).
For low fuel requirements on engines up to about 100 horsepower, a single Solid State pump such as this one is usually sufficient. Pumps can be combined in series or parallel to achieve higher pressures or flows. We also offer several other models with different flow rates and pressures for engines up to about 150 horsepower. Facet fuel pumps have low power requirements (about 1 amp at 12 volts) and operate without troublesome seals or diaphragms.
