Never worry about ruining a seal again! The special quad-tensioner mono-seal in Tilton hydraulic release bearing (HRB) assemblies can be very tricky and time-consuming to install properly. This official tool kit from Tilton makes the job quick, easy, and foolproof.
The kit includes an inner guide and an outer guide. Simply remove the piston and the old seal, place the inner guide into the bottom of the HRB, place the outer guide into the top of the HRB, and push the seal home with the piston. That's it! The guides help to prevent the seal from rolling or twisting during installation.
This tool kit is especially useful for builders and prep shops who need to rebuild several HRBs at a time. That's why the kit includes several packets of rubber grease instead of just one.
Works on Tilton 200/2000, 300/3000, 400/4000, 1400, most 800/8000 Series, and Sonic brand HRBs. Not for use with Tilton 700 or 9000 Series, or with Saab-based HRBs.
