The Bell XD7 Ultra is an update of the popular GTX.3 Carbon helmet, with pro racing in its DNA. The genuine carbon fiber shell has a very narrow eyeport, and the chin bar has a small lip spoiler to combat aerodynamic lift. Six unique rear-facing inlet vents in the chin bar draw in air while leaving dust and dirt behind. The rear vent outlets are incorporated into a molded-in crown spoler the combat aero lift at speed.

The XD7 Ultra features a full carbon-fiber shell and includes HANS® post anchors factory-installed. Available in carbon fiber color only (the carbon weave shows through the clear epoxy resin). Includes one clear DSAF (dual-pane, anti-fog) shield with a color-keyed visor strip, a hex wrench for the shield hardware, and a drawstring helmet bag. Snell SA2025 and FIA 8859-2024 approved.

SA2025 is the latest Snell Foundation rating for automotive racing helmets. This helmet rating has been developed to provide the best safety protection for auto racing drivers who are restrained in their vehicles. SA2025 helmets are tested for flame retardance, and additional tests ensure that the factory-installed M6 threaded inserts can handle loads from an FHR. An SA-rated helmet may not meet DOT specifications for street use, such as on motorcycles.

SIZING: Helmets should fit as snug as possible without causing discomfort. Measure head circumference around the largest part of the head approximately one inch above the eyebrows and just above the ears. If a one or two layer Nomex hood will be worn with the helmet, it should be worn when measuring head circumference. If a hood is not available, add about 1/4 inch to the circumference measurement for a single layer hood and 1/2 inch for a double layer hood.
