Beta Tools 1658 and 1658DGT Outside Micrometers
Micrometers are designed to provide the most precise measurements possible outside of a laboratory. Turning the thimble advances the spindle a very small amount (just 0.5mm per full turn on the Beta 1658 Series) so you can measure with professional accuracy.
The Beta Tools 1658 and 1658DGT micrometers are designed for measuring outside dimensions (thickness, outside diameter, length, etc). Standard features include a sturdy steel frame, hardened contacts, and the ability to lock the spindle in place for easy comparisons.
