Beta Tools 96AS Series Hex Keys, Black Oxide Finish, SAE
The 96AS Series "Allen" hex keys from Beta Tools are designed for professional use. The tough black oxide finish looks great and lasts a lifetime. The short leg and the extended leg of the L-handle both have the same SAE (inch) hex size.
A note about Beta quality: Anyone who has assembled "flat pack" furniture has experienced the frustration of cheap hex keys bending, twisting, or simply rounding off the ends. Unlike the keys included with furniture kits, the Beta 96AS series hex keys are not thrown together as an afterthought. Beta engineers carefully control every step of production, from the steel alloy used, through the forming and heat treating processes, to the final fit and quality checks. Beta routinely sacrifices samples from each production run, testing them to destruction to ensure that they will withstand a lifetime of demanding professional use.
