Simpson Latch & Link Lap Belts
These 3" competition lap belts from Simpson are all SFI 16.1 approved. They do not carry DOT approval for use on the street. All Simpson Lap Belts are sold as a set (enough for one seat).
The "latch and link" buckle style is especially popular with grassroots and vintage racers.
Pull-Down vs. Pull-Up
Pull-Down refers to pulling the loose end of the belt down towards the floor (away from the buckle) to tighten.
Pull-Up refers to pulling the loose end of the belt up away from the floor (towards the buckle) to tighten.
