Jiffy-tite Quick Disconnect Fittings with Buna Seals
Lightweight and compact Jiffy-tite quick-connect fittings are a great way to add a dry disconnect to nearly any racecar plumbing system*. The patented design features a simple pull collar on the socket. Just pull back on the collar to disconnect, and flow immediately stops from both fittings. Reconnect and flow restarts automatically.
The fittings listed here all have Buna N (NBR, Nitrile) seals. The specific formulation has been chosed for its resistance to pure alcohol (ethanol and methanol) fuels and oxygenated fuel.
2000 Series Sockets (JT21xxx) mate only with 2000 Series Plugs (JT22xxx).
3000 Series Sockets (JT31xxx) mate only with 3000 Series Plugs (JT32xxx).
5000 Series Sockets (JT51xxx) mate only with 5000 Series Plugs (JT52xxx).
* All Jiffy-tite fittings are rated to 200psi maximum operating pressure. They are not recommended for use in brake systems.
