Tempil Temperature Signaling Paints

Record temperatures that aren't easily monitored while driving. Tempil paints are ideal for recording maximum temperatures on brakes, wheel bearings, bodywork, oil coolers, and exhaust. They can even be used to track temperatures reached during welding and heat treating.

Tempilaq paints dry to a matte finish when applied. Within seconds of reaching the calibrated temperature, the paint changes permanently to a glossy finish. Paint a small swatch of several different Tempilaq paints on the part to be tested. After use, you will clearly see which temperatures were reached.
