The Cool-A-Clava adds another dimension to your COOL SHIRT water-circulating driver cooling system! The compact Cool-A-Clava is designed to be worn inside your helmet to cool your scalp on really hot days.
The water hoses are supplied unfinished so you can plumb it the way you want. The hoses are long enough that you can run it in series with your water-cooled shirt, but fittings are also supplied for use without a shirt.
Series (plumbed in-line with a water-cooled shirt):
Install the supplied female fitting on one hose and one of the supplied male fittings on the other. The male fitting connects to your cooler outlet, and the female fitting connects to your shirt inlet. Connect the other end of the shirt tubing to the inlet on the cooler to complete the circuit. If you have thinning hair, or if you don't wear a balaclava, you might want to run the water from the cooler through the shirt first, then through the Cool-A-Clava.
Alone (for use without a water-cooled shirt):
Install both of the supplied male fittings, one in each hose. Both male fittings connect to the hoses connected to your cooler outlet.
Sold individually. Requires a Cool Shirt system, sold separately. "Series" use also requires a water-cooled shirt, each sold separately.
