COOL SHIRT water cooling systems circulate ice water around the driver to lower and stabilize core body temperatures. The ultra-compact and convenient 6 quart bag cooler provides up to 1 hour of cooling from a single block of ice.
The soft-sided cooler measures 12" L x 6" W at the base, tapering to 17" x 2" at the top x 10" H -- small enough to fit behind the seat in some formula cars. The flexible cooler is also ideal for track days and solo events. The internal 2 amp pump runs off of a rechargeable battery (included) for a totally self-contained cooling solution. No hookup to vehicle power is required. Your co-driver can even use it while sitting in the pit lane! The battery will run for approximately 2 hours on a charge.
Note: Because of the wide variety of styles and sizes available, the water-cooled shirt is sold separately. Complete the system by adding the Cool Shirt of your choice. Also, because this compact system allows such flexibility in mounting, the long insulated hose set is not included. You can plug your shirt directly into the cooler, or add the Cool Shirt Insulated Hose Kit (sold separately) for longer reach.
