Batteries are consumable parts and should be replaced before they fail. Many professional racing teams replace batteries at the end of every season or even sooner as insurance against trouble.
The tried-and-true Varleylead-acid batteries are standard equipment on many European formula cars, and in many cases, nothing else will fit properly in the battery compartment.
Our lightweight but powerful sealed RG (Recombinant Gas) lead-acid batteries will not leak, even when mounted upside-down!
The Antigravity lithium-ferrous batteries are available in either a "small case" design (for light weight in a small package) or "OEM case" designs (for direct replacement without modification).
All of our racing batteries are 12 volt. Our lead-acid batteries are considered non-hazardous freight and can be shipped by air or ground. Lithium batteries can only be shipped via ground.
