AP / Lockheed Brake Caliper Parts
AP Racing / Lockheed brake calipers have been standard equipment on many brands of Formula Ford, FF2000, and sports racing cars for decades.
The smaller LD19 caliper has 1 5/8" pistons and takes the HB117 Brake Pads, easily identified by the straight edge at the top of the pad. Some FF1600 used the LD19 caliper on all four wheels, but some used them only on the rear with the LD20 in front.
The larger LD20 caliper has 1 3/4" pistons and takes the HB108 Brake Pad, easily identified by the curved edge at the top of the pad. Some FF1600 and FF2000 used the LD20 on all four wheels, but some used them only on the front with the LD19 in the rear.
