Red Line 4-Stroke Engine Oils

Red Line Motor Oils are designed to provide the highest degree of protection and cleanliness with the lowest friction possible. These oils are suitable for street or racing engines with hydraulic lifters. Red Line motor oils are built on fully synthetic base stocks with natural multigrade properties for excellent stability. Red Line recommends oil change intervals (for normally functioning engines) of 10 - 18,000 miles for gasoline engines and 10 - 12,000 miles for diesel engines, or one year, whichever is shorter.

Red Line Racing Oils are made with the most thermally-stable synthetic base stocks available. Although they are labelled as straight-weight oils, the base stocks have inherent multigrade properties. These oils contain ZDDP (zinc-phosphate) to protect flat-tappet camshafts and lifters. To reduce the chance of detonation, Red Line Racing Oils contain very little detergent and are not recommended for street use.

Red Line Motorcycle Oils include friction modifiers for wet-clutch applications. They are specifically blended for the demands of air-cooled motorcycle engines.
