Customize the fit of your seat for increased control and safety. A well-fitted seat can help to lower laptimes by giving the driver more precise feedback from the car. A form-fitting seat is also a safety device, absorbing some impact energy and spreading the impact more completely over the driver's body.

Bead seat kits are sized according to the amount of room between the driver and the seat, and where the driver needs more padding:
Extra Small is the right size for a seat back or seat bottom pad only.
Small is for drivers who are already nearly fitted to the car but need a little more padding.
Medium is for drivers who are quite a bit smaller than the seat shell.
Large is for drivers who also need padding beneath them (to move up in the car).
Extra-Large is for drivers who have a significant amount of space between them and the seat, or who need to be moved forward or up in the seat more than 2 inches.

Note that the type of car does not determine the kit size. It is all about how much extra room the driver has.
